They feature latex cuffs that form a seal around your wrist to keep water out! This Guy Cotten top also has a thick neoprene waist closure and a thick neck gasket to keep you dry. All seams are heat sealed with tape on the inside. The large hood is extremely comfortable and can be stowed in the collar if desired.
